Non-Recourse Funding
Our cash advances are provided on a contingency basis, meaning that if a funded case does not result in a monetary award, the claimant owes us nothing. Thus, non-recourse investment or pre-settlement funding is only repaid by the claimant in the event of a successful monetary settlement or recovery of the claimant’s matter. We do not perform credit or background checks on claimants. The funding is provided immediately after we conclude our evaluation of the claimant’s matter and a contract is executed between us, the claimant’s attorney and the claimant.
